Unboxing: Tamiya Honda Ballade Sports Mugen CR-X Pro 1/24 24045
Today i’m going to unbox the Tamiya Honda Ballade Sports Mugen CR-X Pro K in 1/24th scale.
The Mugen CR-X PRO. was a special version of the Honda Ballade Sport CR-X, a fun FF lightweight sports car first announced in June 1983. Mugen is a famous tuner of Honda cars and they fitted the Mugen CR-X PRO. with a plethora of performance parts plus a revamped body with air dam bumpers and blister fenders that featured design work from Mooncraft, the company founded by Japanese car designer Takuya Yura. It also had upgrades to its intake and exhaust sytem and the suspension: honed on the circuit and often customized even further by its owners, the CR-X PRO. really stood out among numerous custom CR-X cars.

The Tamiya Honda Ballade Sports Mugen CR-X Pro comes in the usual Tamiya box with the finished model up front with some information about the model. On the side of the box some more information about the model kit.

Let’s start the unboxing!
The white sprues contain the body, wheels and some interior parts.


The clear parts are nice and crips and the rubber wheels are great!


The black sprues contains all the parts to make the car put together like the interior, suspension, tub and frame.



Then you get to the decals which are again of high quality.

The paperwork comes with some background information of the car and the building instructions. These are typical Tamiya. Easy to read and clear instructions.
